The XFT token sale has been conducted as described in the Offshift white paper , and concluded ahead of schedule on August 2nd, 2020 when the sale cap was met.
With the seed and private sales behind us, and funding secured for DEX liquidity and project development, we’re pleased to announce the listing of XFT on decentralised liquidity protocol Uniswap .
Seed and Private Sale Summary
A total of $200,000 was raised over two rounds, both conducted with an individual contribution cap of 5000 USDT or 15 ETH.
The equivalent of $50,000 USD was raised in the seed round, which was composed of early supporters of the Offshift project. 500,000 XFT (5% of initial total supply) were sold at a rate of $0.10 per token. Interest from investment funds and venture capital was politely declined, and all contributions were subject to the individual 5,000 USDT/15 ETH limit.
The equivalent of $150,000 USD was raised in the private sale round. 1,000,000 XFT (10% of initial total supply) were sold at a rate of $0.15 per token. Interest from investment funds and venture capital was politely declined, and all contributions were subject to the individual 5,000 USDT/15 ETH limit.
